The guide has identified eight themes from the memoir that can be explored in the classroom, from memoir writing to global feminism. Each theme suggests individual and group activities related to the theme. Some themes include introductory reading materials for students. This resource guide allows the teacher to pick and choose which themes to highlight, as it is not a complete curriculum. Note: Malala's book is not included.
