Students are then guided through selective readings that highlight some commonalities between Qatari and Western teens, as well as challenges faced by present-day Qatari youth. Finally, attention is then directed to national issues of modernization and the ever-increasing exposure to Western influences. This unit includes interactive computer activities, individual and group work, readings, video, and a summative assessment.
