The accompanying video series is an excellent classroom resource for teachers looking to integrate new linguistic and cultural activities in the classroom. In this video, you will hear two siblings discuss their hobbies in Modern Standard Arabic. Suggested In-Classroom Activity: After listing and discussing each sibling’s hobbies, have students compare themselves to either Taghreed or Issam. Who are they most similar to? Different from?
