In partnership with Georgetown University Press, QFI sponsored a series of Arabic language videos for educators and students to accompany its new “Jusuur Textbook”. The accompanying video series is an excellent classroom resource for teachers looking to integrate new linguistic and cultural activities in the classroom.

In this video, a daughter tells her mother about her friends and activities while she’s abroad and asks about her family members back home.

Suggested In-Classroom Activity:

Have students pretend they are talking to their parents on the phone during summer break. Have them tell their family members what they are doing each day and with whom.
