View In partnership with Georgetown University Press, QFI sponsored a series of Arabic language videos for educators and students to accompany its new “Jusuur Textbook”. The accompanying video series is an excellent classroom resource for teachers looking to integrate new linguistic and cultural activities in the classroom. In this video, you will hear a person discuss the places they go on the weekend in Modern Standard Arabic. Suggested In-Classroom Activity: After discussing the text, have students talk about the places they go on the weekend and what they like to do there. For more complexity, have them say how often they go to these places or take part in these activities.
